Who is Giovanna Lamboglia?

Dance Connections was founded by Giovanna Lamboglia, a highly experienced and accomplished dancer with a deep passion for helping others achieve their dream career path in the world of ballet. After living and performing in four different countries as a professional ballet dancer, she knows how hard it can be to apply for countless auditions.

She began her training in her hometown of Fortaleza, Brazil at the age of nine and continued her education at the prestigious Maria Olenewa State Dance School in Rio de Janeiro, where she graduated. Throughout her career, Giovanna has excelled in numerous national and international dance competitions, earning First Place and Best Dancer. She has also participated in international competitions, such as the American Dance Competition (awarded 1st prize in Pas de Deux and Top 12 in Variation), Helsinki International Ballet Competition, and Youth America Grand Prix Finals in New York, among others. Giovanna worked as a soloist dancer with Ballets de France in Toulouse and Canada's Ballet Jörgen in Toronto, and she has performed as a guest artist with several other companies in the United States. Nowadays, she is based in London where she works as a freelance artist and teacher .
